The current expectation is for employees to work onsite four days per week, subject to change based on business needs. This in-office requirement may be adjusted at the discretion of the company.The International Marketing Program Manager is the link between the international regional marketing teams, the global marketing team and the Director of International Marketing, ensuring clear, timely, and effective communication between all teams. The position will support consolidating diverse regional considerations into actionable updates, reports, and presentations to support implementation of seasonal marketing plans. This role will establish operational excellence through building and refining scalable processes across the go-to-market process, budgeting, production, execution, and reporting, while continuously identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and establish best practices. This position will also act as a cross-functional project lead, managing various projects from briefing through execution, coordinating timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication across global and regional teams.Additionally, the position serves as the proxy for the Director of International Marketing, ensuring continuity in communication, preparing materials for executive visibility, and supporting both strategic priorities and administrative needs.
