Sr Sales Support Specialist R47059
The Senior International Sales Support Specialist role is part of the International Sales Operations team supporting international sales for the Vocational segment. As a Senior International Sales Support Specialist, you will interact daily with the sales team and other key partners to effectively execute quote and order operations.

YOUR IMPACT:

  • Prepare and coordinate international customer/dealer quotations and bids.

  • Effectively manage contracts from receipt of order to revenue recognition.

  • Identify risks with opportunities and orders and make recommendations to mitigate or eliminate those identified.

  • Coordinate cross functional discussions with Sales, Manufacturing, Engineering, Purchasing, Logistics, Finance, and others to facilitate a timely and compliant bid and contract execution.

  • Communicate effectively with internal and external customers regarding international quotes and orders.

  • Provide information concerning customer requirements, pricing, scheduling, shipping, forecasting and other items as needed.

  • Coordinate and host international customer/dealer visits, factory tours, and product inspections.

  • Generate and assess reporting data to summarize findings and share monthly, quarterly, or as needed by dealers, leadership, and other internal stakeholders.

  • Occasional travel as needed.

  • Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree with three (3) or more years of business experience.

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience (including internships, co-ops, or early career roles in sales, operations, or project coordination)

STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment with very tight deadlines

  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team, build strong relationships at all levels and across all business units and organizations, and understand business needs.

  • Ability to establish priorities and manage multiple tasks with changing deadlines.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • International sales experience

  • Experience in bid and contract management

Pay Range:

$64,500.00 - $103,500.00

The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
