Job description

Avion Solutions Inc., a 100% employee-owned company, is seeking candidates for multiple Systems Integration Analysts to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA). This position is located in Huntsville, AL.

Job Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Assist in facilitating integration between internal and external systems.

  • Contribute to an Engineering Integrated Product Team (IPT).

  • Coordinate with technical POCs to facilitate cross-team communication.

  • Develop tools and processes to capture relevant metrics.

  • Evaluate working group technical outputs to determine progress or status.

  • Evaluate how decisions might impact the schedule, dependencies, and integrated testing.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Experience:

  • Master’s Degree and 12+ years of experience OR a Bachelor’s Degree and 20+ years of experience.

  • Extensive MDA (or DoW) experience.

  • Extensive experience supporting IPTs and Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs).

  • Excellent organization and communication skills.

  • Experience with systems integration.

  • Must be a U.S. citizen and have the ability to obtain/maintain a DoW security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Adept with some MBSE tools (Cameo, DOORs, etc.).

  • Experience briefing and interacting with senior leaders.

  • Experience developing digital tools or dashboards.
