Job description

The Systems Integration Analyst supports and maintains enterprise reporting, data integration, and business application environments. This role is for an early-career IT professional who has a strong interest in business systems, reporting platforms, data connectivity, and technical troubleshooting.

The Systems Integration Analyst will assist with managing system integrations, supporting reporting tools, monitoring data connectors, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure reliable access to business-critical information.

  • Monitor and maintain integrations, connectors, and data flows between business applications and reporting platforms.
  • Support reporting and analytics environments including Azure-based solutions and Tableau.
  • Assist with user access management, permissions, and security controls across systems.
  • Troubleshoot application, integration, and reporting issues.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and identify system improvements.
  • Perform routine system maintenance, monitoring, and health checks.
  • Document system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Support data validation, quality assurance, and reporting accuracy initiatives.
  • Assist with implementation and testing of new applications, reports, and integrations.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 0–3 years of professional experience in IT, systems administration, business systems, reporting, or technical support.
  • Familiarity with reporting and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Basic understanding of Azure cloud services and enterprise applications.
  • Knowledge of databases, data structures, and reporting concepts.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to Tableau administration or report development.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure services.
  • Familiarity with APIs, integrations, ETL processes, or middleware platforms.
  • Basic understanding of network and security concepts.
  • Experience working with SQL queries and relational databases.
