The Integration Lead provides technical leadership for enterprise integrationfocused projects, providing integration design and delivery across SAP ERP, Salesforce, Shopify, MDM and enterprise systems. This role partners closely with the Integration Architect, Cross platform, and delivery teams to ensure integration solutions are welldesigned, scalable, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards, while supporting successful delivery and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement integration flows using Boomi platform

  • Build and maintain integration across enterprise systems, including SAP S/4, Salesforce, Shopify, MDM and other SaaS applications

  • Develop and consume RESTbased APIs and interface services

  • Perform data mapping, transformation, and validation between source and target systems

  • Create and maintain integration artifacts, technical documentation, and configuration details

  • Collaborate with Business Analysts and Technical Leads to refine requirements and implement solutions

  • Participate in Agile delivery activities, including sprint planning, estimation, and demos

  • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT)

  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration defects and performance issues

  • Follow enterprise integration standards, security guidelines, and best practices

  • Support production integrations, including incident investigation and defect resolution

  • Participate in oncall or escalation support rotations as required

  • Analyze logs, monitoring alerts, and error handling mechanisms to identify root causes

  • Implement fixes and enhancements to improve integration stability and performance

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of IT experience with a strong focus on enterprise integrations

  • Proven experience as an Integration Engineer, Senior Integration Engineer, or Integration Technical Lead
  • Strong SAP integration experience, including:

    • SAP S/4HANA integration patterns

    • IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, SAP APIs (experience may vary by platform)

  • Experience designing and implementing enterprise integrations, APIs, and middleware solutions

  • Experience developing API REST solutions with an enterprise integration platform
  • Strong understanding of:

    • RESTful APIs, JSON, XML, and HTTP-based integrations

    • Event-driven and message-based architectures

    • Data modeling, transformation, and canonical data structures

  • Hands-on experience using Postman or similar tools for API testing and validation

  • Working knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps practices, and cloud-based integration deployments

  • Experience working with MongoDB or similar database technologies (NoSQL or relational), with an understanding of data structures used in integration scenarios

  • Experience using Jira or similar Agile project management tools

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage business and technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience integrating SAP with eCommerce, CRM, MDM, SaaS, and enterprise platforms such as Salesforce and Shopify

  • Experience with Boomi or other leading Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) solutions

  • Boomi certification or certification in another enterprise integration platform (Preferred not required)
  • Exposure to public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

  • Familiarity with API gateways, observability, logging, and operational monitoring tools

  • Experience working in large-scale enterprise or hybrid integration environments
