We are a Cambridge, MA–based Generative AI start-up on a mission to automate custom software creation and unlock the next industrial revolution.

Our platform enables development teams to transform six-month software projects into six-day turnarounds using an agentic system that allows thousands of AI Agents to “think” and cooperate for hours to bulk-build software with precision. The platform builds everything AI can deliver—typically 80% of any feature set or new product—while providing a human engineering guide for the final 20% to reach production.

We are hiring a Senior AI Solutions Consultant to be the technical bridge between our revolutionary AI platform and enterprise engineering teams. This role is perfect for experienced technologists who understand the complexities of enterprise software development and are ready to transition into a customer-facing role where technical expertise directly drives business outcomes.

You’ll collaborate with VPs of Engineering, CTOs, and technical leaders at Fortune 500 companies and high-growth enterprises. When they discuss CI/CD pipelines, microservices architecture, technical debt, or SDLC challenges—you’ll speak their language fluently. Your role will be to translate complex enterprise environments into successful implementations that transform how they build software.

This is an opportunity for engineering leaders and senior technologists to leverage years of hands-on experience in a role that combines technical depth with strategic customer engagement.

• Serve as the trusted technical advisor to enterprise engineering teams.

• Navigate complex enterprise architectures, understanding legacy systems, security requirements, and integration challenges.

• Translate enterprise SDLC pain points into solutions that deliver measurable ROI.

• Lead technical deep-dives addressing concerns about AI-generated code quality, security, and integration.

• Partner with VPs of Engineering and CTOs to align with their technical roadmaps.

• Design proof-of-concepts showcasing value within enterprise environments.

• Guide enterprises in transitioning from traditional development to AI-augmented software creation.

• Build trusted relationships through deep technical understanding.

• Architect implementations that align with enterprise workflows, tools, and processes.

• Collaborate with customer engineering teams for smooth integration.

• Define success metrics and ensure customer outcomes (velocity improvements, cost reduction, quality gains).

• Oversee pilots and deployments.

• Partner with Product & Engineering to influence roadmap based on enterprise needs.

• Work with Sales to support enterprise sales cycles.

• Serve as the technical voice of the customer internally.

• Contribute to documentation, best practices, and playbooks.

Technical Foundation

• 5–8 years of experience in software engineering, solutions architecture, or technical leadership.

• Deep understanding of enterprise software lifecycles (Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, microservices).

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), containerization, APIs, and security protocols.

• Skilled at navigating complex technical environments.

Enterprise Experience

• Experience within or selling to enterprise organizations (Fortune 1000, Series C+ startups).

• Familiarity with compliance, procurement, and enterprise decision-making.

• Understanding of challenges such as technical debt, scaling, and legacy systems.

Leadership & Communication

• Track record of leading technical initiatives or teams.

• Exceptional ability to explain complex technical concepts to both execs and engineers.

• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.

Mindset & Motivation

• Excited about moving into a customer-facing leadership role.

• Intellectually curious about AI’s impact on software development.

• Comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

• Motivated by customer success and transformation.

• Experience as an Engineering Manager, Technical Lead, or Solutions Architect at a SaaS company.

• Background in digital transformation or modernizing enterprise stacks.

• Exposure to AI/ML technologies and enterprise AI solutions.

• Contributions to open-source projects, technical writing, or thought leadership.

• Prior experience at leading technology companies or consultancies.

Unlike traditional solutions consultant roles, this position sits at the forefront of the AI revolution in software development. You’ll help enterprises fundamentally reimagine how they build software, maintaining technical depth while developing business acumen and customer-facing skills.
