Location: Marietta, GA (Hybrid/On-Site) Position Type: Full-Time
Pay: 110k - 125k Depending on Experience
Position Overview
Vancro is seeking a Data Analytics Integrator to support a Human Resources Office (HRO) and senior leadership team by integrating manpower, personnel, and budget data into actionable decision-support products. The selected candidate will develop dashboards, predictive workforce models, data automation tools, and reporting products that improve personnel management, resource allocation, and strategic planning.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and analytical products
  • Integrate data from multiple government systems
  • Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL)
  • Develop workforce forecasting and predictive analytics models
  • Build vacancy tracking and hiring projection tools
  • Monitor personnel actions and workforce lifecycle metrics
  • Create budget and status-of-funds dashboards
  • Develop executive-level reports and visualizations for leadership
  • Identify data discrepancies and recommend corrective actions
  • Support process improvement initiatives through data-driven analysis

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, workforce analytics, or related field
  • Advanced Power BI experience
  • Experience developing dashboards and executive reporting products
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills
  • Experience with data integration and data quality management
  • Ability to communicate findings to senior leadership
  • U.S. Citizen

Highly Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS)
  • Experience with Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (DCPDS)
  • Experience with Full-Time Support Management Control System (FTSMCS)
  • Army National Guard, Army HRO, or DoD manpower experience
  • Experience supporting workforce planning, personnel management, or budget execution
  • SQL, Power Query, Power Automate, or similar analytical tools

Preferred Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, Finance, Human Resources, Statistics, or related discipline
  • Relevant certifications such as Power BI, Data Analytics, PMP, or similar are a plus
