Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Manufacturing Engineer specializing in Injection Molding to join our dynamic team in Monette, AR. In this role, you will play a crucial part in optimizing our manufacturing processes, ensuring product quality, and driving innovation. Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and optimize injection molding processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for manufacturing issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product designs are manufacturable and meet quality standards.
  • Lead projects focused on process improvements, equipment upgrades, and new technology implementation.
  • Train and mentor junior engineers and manufacturing staff on best practices and technical skills.
  • Monitor production metrics and implement strategies to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in injection molding technology.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, specifically in injection molding.
  • Strong understanding of injection molding processes, materials, and equipment.
  • Proficient in CAD software and other engineering tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
