Injection Molding Processor/Supervisor (2nd Shift/Evening Shift)

About the Role 
We are seeking experienced Injection Molding Process Technicians to support our multi-shift manufacturing operation. This role is critical to ensuring consistent part quality, efficient cycle times, and stable processing across a wide range of materials and tooling.
 
 
This is a hands-on position, ideal for individuals who take pride in troubleshooting, process optimization, and maintaining high production standards.
 
Key Responsibilities 
• Set up, start up, and troubleshoot injection molding machines and processes
• Establish and maintain robust, repeatable processes
• Monitor part quality and make process adjustments as needed
• Optimize cycle times while maintaining quality standards
• Work with a variety of materials, including PP, ABS, HDPE, Nylon, and engineered resins
• Identify and resolve molding defects (warp, sink, burn, short shots, etc.)
• Perform mold changes and assist with preventive maintenance
• Document and update process parameters and setup sheets
• Collaborate with supervisors, QC, and maintenance teams
• Support continuous improvement initiatives on the production floor
 
Qualifications 
• 3+ years of injection molding processing experience (required)
• Strong troubleshooting skills; experience with scientific molding principles preferred
• Experience with a variety of presses (50–700+ ton range is a plus)
• Ability to read and understand process sheets and work instructions
• Knowledge of material behavior and processing windows
• Comfortable working independently on off shifts
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
