Fleet Engineers is a part of the Tramec Sloan family, which has facilities located throughout the United States. Job Duties:

  • Performs      mold, insert and material changeovers.
  • Tear      down and maintain molds.
  • Set up      work centers, robot end of arm tooling, pallets, cooling fixtures and      related equipment.
  • Monitors      process and inspects parts at start up and during production run.
  • Move      finished goods to inventory
  • Print      required labels
  • Monitor      and replenish operator station (boxes, clamps, hardw
    are kits, pallets, etc.)
  • Relieve      operator at breaks
  • Record      production activity via production tracking system
  • Grind      scrap parts and advise on regrind inventory
  • Provide      training to other associates

Requirements

  High      School diploma or equivalent

  • 1+      years production injection molding experience
  • Computer      data entry
  • Able      to safely lift and handle up to 50 pounds
