The Role
We are looking for a Senior Site Delivery & Infrastructure Manager to lead the delivery of Manna's physical infrastructure across new and existing launch markets.
This role owns the end-to-end site delivery process from initial site assessment and lease readiness through construction, utilities, contractor management, commissioning and operational handover.
You will be responsible for ensuring sites are delivered safely, efficiently, on budget and on schedule while managing multiple projects simultaneously across different geographies.
This is a US based role with regular travel to launch markets across the USA to establish local delivery relationships, oversee critical infrastructure works and ensure projects are executed to Manna standards.
What You'll Do
Site Delivery & Project Management
  • Lead multiple site delivery projects simultaneously from site shortlist through operational handover
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets and risk registers
  • Identify blockers, dependencies and critical path activities while driving projects to completion
  • Provide clear reporting on project status, risks, costs and launch readiness
Site Assessment & Lease Readiness
  • Conduct detailed assessments of shortlisted locations to determine buildability and operational suitability
  • Develop practical site layouts and infrastructure plans
  • Identify access constraints, utility requirements, permitting needs and landlord considerations
  • Partner with Commercial and Legal teams to ensure lease agreements support operational delivery requirements
Infrastructure Delivery
  • Manage all physical infrastructure works including utilities, electrical, communications, lighting, fencing, security systems, signage and containerised infrastructure
  • Coordinate contractors, suppliers, consultants and owner's representatives
  • Develop scopes of work, evaluate quotations and manage contractor performance
  • Oversee commissioning, testing and final handover activities
Utilities, Permits & Regulatory Coordination
  • Own the delivery of utility connections including power and communications
  • Coordinate with local authorities, utility providers and inspection bodies
  • Track permit applications, approvals and compliance requirements through to completion
  • Manage critical-path infrastructure dependencies to avoid launch delays
Logistics & Operational Readiness
  • Coordinate equipment deliveries, storage arrangements, staging locations and inventory allocation
  • Ensure infrastructure, tools, parts and operational equipment arrive on schedule
  • Develop temporary infrastructure solutions when required to support launch timelines
  • Support transition from project delivery into live operations
Cost Management & Standardisation
  • Maintain accurate site delivery budgets and cost forecasts
  • Track contractor spend, utility connection costs, logistics costs and infrastructure investments
  • Work closely with Finance to manage approvals, invoicing and budget controls
  • Develop repeatable delivery standards, templates, site packs and handover documentation to improve scalability
What We're Looking For
Required Experience
  • Significant experience delivering physical infrastructure or site rollout projects
  • Experience in sectors such as telecommunications, EV charging, retail rollout, logistics, industrial facilities, construction, utilities or similar infrastructure environments
  • Proven track record managing multiple concurrent projects with external stakeholders
  • Experience working with landlords, utility providers, local authorities, contractors and consultants
  • Strong contractor management and supplier oversight experience
  • Experience managing project budgets, quotations, change control and delivery schedules
  • Full clean driver's licence
  • Willingness to travel regularly to support site delivery activities
Preferred Experience
  • Experience standardising repeatable site delivery processes and templates
  • Experience delivering outdoor infrastructure or safety-critical facilities
  • Experience with utility connections, EV charging infrastructure, telecom compounds or containerised infrastructure
  • Experience working across multiple countries or international project environments
  • Experience with logistics, freight forwarding, customs processes or equipment deployment
