Overview
Join Manna's growing team as our HR Manager - USA, based in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Reporting directly to the Director of HR in Dublin, Ireland, you will be the first point of contact for all People-related matters across our US operations. This is a unique opportunity to help build and shape the People function within one of the world's leading autonomous drone delivery companies.

Overview
Join Manna's growing team as our HR Manager - USA, based in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

What You'll Do
HR Operations & Compliance
- Lead day-to-day HR activities across US operations.
- Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee documentation.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment legislation.
- Maintain employee records and HR systems.
- Support payroll, benefits administration, and employee data management.
- Partner with external providers and advisors when required.
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Lead recruitment activities across operational and professional roles.
- Partner with managers to identify hiring needs and workforce plans.
- Manage onboarding activities and ensure a positive employee experience from day one.
- Build relationships with local recruitment channels, colleges, and community organisations.
Employee Relations & Performance
- Provide guidance and support on performance, conduct, attendance, grievance, and disciplinary matters.
- Coach managers on People policies and best practices.
- Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
- Help create a positive and high-performing working environment.
Employee Experience & Culture
- Champion and embed Manna's culture and ways of working.
- Support employee engagement, wellbeing, and retention initiatives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees.
- Promote a positive employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
Business Partnership
- Work closely with operational leaders to support business objectives.
- Partner with the Director of HR to implement scalable People processes.
- Support organisational growth, change management, and expansion activities.
- Provide HR reporting and recommendations where required.
Working Arrangement
- Hybrid working arrangement (to be discussed).
- Regular on-site presence required to support employees, managers, recruitment activity, onboarding, and business operations.
- Flexibility may be required to support operational and business needs.

Requirements
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience in an HR Generalist, HR Manager, or People Operations role.
- Strong knowledge of US employment law and HR compliance requirements.
- Experience managing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Full US driver's licence with a clean driving record.
- Based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, or able to relocate quickly.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within a startup, scale-up, logistics, aviation, manufacturing, or technology environment.
- Experience building or implementing HR processes in a growing business.
- Strong employee relations and employment law experience.
- Comfortable balancing strategic priorities with day-to-day operational delivery.
- Someone who enjoys being visible, approachable, and actively involved in the operation.
