Title: Senior Infrastructure Architect/Engineer

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Install and configure Windows and Linux operating systems within cloud IaaS providers.

Lead and support complex cloud infrastructure projects through completion, ensuring alignment with AHM IT and HDMA standards.

Recommend cloud-based platform services, including container platform capabilities, that improve performance, scalability, resilience, and enable new capabilities.

Evaluate, compare, and implement emerging technologies and integrate systems into the cloud computing environment.

Lead the transition of locally hosted infrastructure to cloud platforms while ensuring integration with existing enterprise systems.

Support implementation and integration of Kubernetes-based container environments, including AWS EKS and Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform, where aligned with enterprise architecture standards.

Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for cloud-based compute, storage, and container platform environments.

Develop and maintain automation solutions for cloud and on-premise infrastructure management.

Minimum Experience 5+ years managing enterprise-level cloud infrastructure environments.

5+ years of experience with emerging technologies, including DevOps, hyperconverged infrastructure, and Kubernetes-based platforms.

5+ years of experience working with Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform services.

Strong knowledge and hands-on working experience with AWS Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS) and Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform.

Experience with infrastructure automation and deployment (Ansible, CloudFormation, Terraform, Python, Chef, Puppet, or similar).

Strong expertise in Linux and Windows environments.

Desired Certifications:

AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, AWS Specialty Certifications, AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional.
