Job description

We are an executive search agency recruiting on behalf of a growing premium lifestyle retailer seeking a Regional Operations Manager. The company operates a developing network of specialty stores offering high-quality apparel, leather accessories, footwear, travel goods, and curated lifestyle products.

The Regional Operations Manager will oversee several locations and support the company as it expands into new markets. This position will coach store leaders, strengthen operating standards, and help ensure a consistent customer experience across the growing retail network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee operational performance across assigned retail locations.
  • Coach store managers and support leadership development.
  • Monitor sales, labor, inventory, and store profitability.
  • Maintain consistent service and presentation standards across locations.
  • Support new store openings and operational readiness.
  • Identify opportunities to improve store processes and customer experience.
  • Partner with senior leadership on regional growth priorities.
  • 6+ years of retail operations experience.
  • Previous multi-unit management experience required.
  • Experience within fashion, footwear, accessories, or premium specialty retail preferred.
  • Strong understanding of store-level financial and operational metrics.
  • Proven experience developing high-performing store managers.
  • Experience supporting new store openings or retail expansion preferred.
