Growth Product Builder

Job description

Noom is on a mission to help people live better, longer. We're a consumer-led digital health company, connecting people to content, coaching, community, and clinicians, to build lasting habits and live healthier lives. We're a high-growth organization powered by science, technology, and world-class talent. When you join Noom, on any team, you'll see the impact of your work on the world.

Our Growth Product Team

Noom's Growth Product team owns the acquisition experiences that introduce millions of people to healthier habits every year. We build and continuously optimize the buyflows, landing experiences, and self-service tooling that turn curiosity into commitment - using data, experimentation, and increasingly, agentic AI tools to move faster than teams twice our size. We're a small, scrappy group that believes the best growth work happens when builders can go from idea to live experiment without waiting in an engineering queue.

About the Role

We're looking for a Growth Product Builder to define, build, test, and analyze new buyflow ideas to drive growth using our internal self-service buyflow building tool, Noom Flow Builder. Through your work, you'll also shape Flow Builder's own roadmap, partnering directly with engineering to expand what the tool can do, first for Growth and eventually for the broader company.

This is a self-service, builder-first role for someone who wants maximum reps at experimentation without getting blocked by a large engineering backlog. You'll work closely with the VP of Growth Product and the Noom Flow Builder engineering team, with real opportunity to grow your scope - either by building out a team of buyflow builders, or by deepening your influence on the platform's roadmap.

You Will

  • Define, spec, and build new buyflow variants directly in Noom Flow Builder, our internal agentic buyflow tool
  • Launch and manage experiments to test buyflow ideas, from hypothesis through analysis
  • Independently monitor, measure, and iterate on live flows using analytics tools
  • Partner with the Noom Flow Builder engineering team to identify and prioritize improvements to the tool
  • Bring a builder's perspective to the platform roadmap as adoption grows across the company
  • Communicate experiment plans, progress, and results clearly to the Product team
  • Collaborate with Marketing and other Growth Product managers on shared acquisition priorities
  • Stay current on self-service growth tooling and agentic AI coding tools to keep buyflow development fast and high quality

About You

If you're interested in shaping the future of health by building the acquisition experiences that turn curiosity into lasting habits, this role may be for you!

You Have

  • 3-5 years of growth product experience, including 1-2 years working hands-on with AI/agentic tooling
  • Expert-level familiarity with at least one area of core growth product tooling - self-service marketing platforms (e.g. Optimizely, VWO, HubSpot), analytics tools (e.g. Mixpanel, Amplitude), website builders (e.g. WordPress), or modern AI coding/agentic tools (e.g. Cursor, Claude, Codex)
  • Strong grounding in A/B testing and experimentation fundamentals
  • A scrappy, self-service builder mentality - you'd rather build it yourself than wait on an eng backlog
  • Experience working in smaller teams where you built and tested things hands-on
  • Strong analytical data fluency and customer empathy, with the judgment to know what's worth testing
  • Clear communication skills, comfortable presenting plans and results to cross-functional partners
  • Preferred: experience in product roles focused on marketing automation or website development tools

What Makes This Job Amazing

  • Hands-on exposure to experimentation volume and agentic building tools that most growth roles at this stage simply don't offer.ย
  • You'll help define the roadmap for an internal tool that's poised to scale across the entire company, not just your team.ย
  • Work in a builder-first culture where your ideas go live fast.
  • You'll be doing it all in service of helping millions of people live healthier lives, as part of a mission-driven team at the forefront of health and longevity innovation.

What You'll Earn and Enjoy

  • Pay that reflects your impact. Compensation benchmarked to the market and shaped by your impact and value.
  • Investment in your future. A 401(k) with company match to help you build long-term financial security.
  • Time to truly recharge. Paid holidays, generous time off, Summer Fridays, and a company-wide Summer Break week so the whole team can unplug together.
  • Care that covers it all. Access to top-tier medical plans for you and your family, including a premium-free plan option, alongside dental, vision, and life insurance.
  • Support for growing families. Paid parental leave to give you the time and flexibility to focus on what matters most.
  • And more to help you thrive. Stock awards, a performance-based bonus, and exclusive access to Noom's products, so you can grow with us, win with us, and enjoy what we build.

The base salary range for this position is $160,000 - $195,000. Actual compensation is determined by job-related factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, and location.ย

This role is eligible for our Princeton (preferred) or NYC office locations, operating on a hybrid schedule (2 days per week on-site).
