Position Overview:

The graphic design intern will support the in-house creative team through a variety of brand expression projects such as digital & e-commerce, web, print, packaging, signage, mock-ups, sales collateral, brand identity, and more. Work closely with the Director of Creative on brand design/creative strategies and evolving internal creative processes that enable and create efficiencies within the organization. Develop and push 'big ideas' that enhance and grow creative output within Trilliant through ideation sessions, development and creative reviews.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the creative team on creative activation support, including but not limited to: digital ads, social graphics, website design, e-commerce brand page design, internal communication support.
  • Communicate with external agency partners on creative needs, providing feedback and guiding creative decisions.
  • Competitive brand design research.
  • Support the Sr. Graphic designer on product mock-ups, renders, customer meeting collateral, site signage and in-store experience collateral.
  • Research industry tools that enhance and evolve internal processes.
  • Brand Identity development support for internal and external brands.
  • Participate and/or organize creative reviews and walk-the-wall sessions.

Qualifications:

  • Student working toward a Bachelor's degree or associate's degree in Graphic Design, User Experience Design or Multimedia Design.
  • Junior or Senior level status.
  • GPA: 3.0 or higher is preferred.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate.
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Impressive portfolio, demonstrating recent work.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships internally and externally.

Hours, Location and Pay:

We offer a competitive base pay rate and benefits package for full-time employees. This role works standard business hours Monday - Friday at our Little Chute, WI manufacturing facility.

Physical and Mental Demands:

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, hear, use hands to type data, use a personal computer and telephone. This employee may occasionally have to operate business machines and lift and/move up to 50 pounds.
