About The Opportunity

The Graphic Designer executes innovative, customer-focused design solutions that align with brand standards and business objectives. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality graphic designs, while also contributing to continuous improvement. The Graphic Designer brings a strong understanding of design strategy, production processes, and customer engagement.
  • Develop and execute innovative design solutions that meet customer specifications
  • Create 3D concept and production renderings using C4D, aligned to retailer specifications
  • Concept and develop production-ready artwork using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for print
  • Produce high-quality samples and prototypes for review and testing
  • Collaborate with senior designers to learn and apply advanced design techniques
  • Provide mentorship and training to junior design team members as needed
  • Support cross-functional design tasks, including graphic and structural design
  • Participate in customer meetings to present concepts and gather feedback
  • Manage end-to-end design projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
  • Apply knowledge of operations, equipment capabilities, pricing, and labor to optimize design outcomes
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in specific design areas
  • Incorporate continuous improvement principles into design processes
  • Conduct product testing, including sample cutting and assembly
  • Integrate customer feedback into design iterations and final concepts
  • Perform store audits to inform design strategy and execution


Education
  • High school diploma required; associate's degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of relevant design experience
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Knowledge of Cinema 4D and Artios CAD ideal but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
  • Primarily office-based; may be located at a Menasha Packaging fulfillment site
  • Occasional travel may be required
