Position Overview
Fusion HCR is seeking a Learning Solutions Designer to produce high-quality, performance-driven learning content across multiple modalities for a client in the property management industry. This role designs and develops learner-centered solutions that simplify complex processes into clear, actionable experiences, while adhering to governance and brand standards. The ideal candidate partners closely with senior team members, subject matter experts (SMEs), and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable, polished, and culture-embedded learning assets that reinforce organizational priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Learning Content Design & Development

  • Design and develop learning content across multiple modalities (e.g., eLearning, ILT, microlearning, blended, simulations)
  • Produce scripts, storyboards, and learning assets aligned with templates, brand, accessibility, and governance standards
  • Update and refresh existing content to reflect process or system changes

Content Production & Tools

  • Build interactive modules, videos, graphics, and supporting materials using authoring, media, and AI-enabled tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Camtasia)
  • Ensure outputs are polished, inclusive, and performance-driven

Collaboration & Review

  • Collaborate with SMEs, senior team members, and cross-functional stakeholders to capture requirements, ensure accuracy, and refine learning solutions
  • Incorporate feedback and iterate to meet project needs
  • Conduct self-reviews and participate in peer reviews to ensure accuracy, compliance, and effectiveness

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Adult Learning, Communications, or a related field; or equivalent hands-on experience
  • Minimum 3 years of recent, hands-on instructional design lifecycle experience in a corporate setting
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience designing and developing learning solutions across multiple modalities (e.g., eLearning, ILT, microlearning, blended)
  • Strong proficiency with authoring and design tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Microsoft 365); understanding of LMS publishing basics (SCORM/xAPI)
  • Experience creating and editing videos using screen-capture and editing tools (e.g., Camtasia, Adobe Premiere)
  • Applied knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM), and evaluation basics

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience preparing instructor-led training (ILT) program and support materials (facilitator/participant guides, job aids)
  • Professional certifications (e.g., ATD, CPTD, Kirkpatrick, CPTM)
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., Section 508/WCAG) and ability to design inclusive content
  • Familiarity with Agile or iterative development workflows and collaboration tools (e.g., Miro, Smartsheet, Jira)
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled tools
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) verbal and written
