SCHEDULE: TEMPORARY; Monday through Friday   SCOPE:This position will report directly to the Senior Vice President, Marketing Director. We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Intern with a strong focus on graphic design to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate passionate about visual storytelling and marketing communications. The intern will support the creation of compelling print and digital advertisements, product collateral, presentations, and video content that align with our brand and business goals. ACCOUNTABILITIES:Design and produce print and digital marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and email templates.Assist in the creation and editing of video content for promotional and internal use.Develop and update internal and external-facing presentations using PowerPoint and other tools.Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaign development and execution.Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.Assist in managing and updating content across marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Eloqua).Conduct research and contribute ideas for creative campaigns and content strategies.COMPETENCIES:Adaptability:Able to adjust quickly to different work situations, remain composed under pressure and in stressful situations.Customer Orientation:Respond sensitively to the needs and priorities of the customer; recognize and take appropriate action to meet their needs; establish an effective working relationship with customers to gain their respect and loyalty.Oral/Written Communication:The ability to express thoughts and ideas in a clear and concise manner, both orally and in written form to a variety of audiences and to all levels of staff.Attention to Detail:Regard for important details to assure accuracy in all aspects of the job, detect errors and follow through on corrections and details.Professionalism:Project a positive image of the bank to all internal and external customers.Time Management:Ability to effectively manage one's time to complete work according to established deadlines.
