What you'll be part of:

Circle is committed to visibility and stability in everything we do. As we grow as an organization, we're expanding into some of the world's strongest jurisdictions. Speed and efficiency are motivators for our success and our employees live by our company values: High Integrity, Future Forward, Multistakeholder, Mindful, and Driven by Excellence. We have built a flexible work environment where new ideas are encouraged and everyone is a stakeholder.

What you'll be responsible for:

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will own full-cycle recruiting for high-priority Finance, Enterprise Risk Management, Compliance, and other core business searches and serve as a strategic hiring partner to internal business leaders. This role requires strong judgment, disciplined process ownership, and comfort operating in complex, highly regulated environments.

The successful candidate should be fluent in using modern recruiting tools and thoughtful about applying AI-enabled workflows to improve sourcing, process quality, stakeholder communication, and operating efficiency without compromising candidate experience or hiring judgment.

What you'll work on:

  • Ownership of full-cycle recruiting for Finance, Compliance, Enterprise Risk Management, and other business-critical openings, including intake, sourcing strategy, candidate assessment, interview process management, offer strategy, and close.

  • Guide our internal stakeholders on all things Talent Acquisition including approval paths, stakeholder preferences, leveling considerations, offer mechanics, internal candidate handling, geo/entity constraints, and hiring process risk.

  • Build trusted partnerships with hiring leaders and cross-functional partners by bringing clear recommendations, not just open questions.

  • Maintain accurate, current, and auditable recruiting records in Workday, ModernLoop, Gem, and other designated TA systems.

  • Partner closely with TA Leadership, Total Rewards, FP&A, Legal, HRBPs, and Talent Operations to ensure offers and hiring decisions are aligned to budget, policy, approvals, and internal equity.

  • Use structured decision-making to identify risk, tradeoffs, downstream impact, and required approvals before action is taken.

  • Deliver a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience while maintaining strong process control.

  • Use AI-enabled tools and workflow automation thoughtfully to improve sourcing research, intake preparation, candidate summaries, interview-plan drafting, stakeholder updates, and other repeatable TA work while keeping human judgment central to hiring decisions.

  • Help strengthen recruiting operations by identifying scalable process improvements, documentation standards, and workflow automations that improve speed, quality, and visibility.

  • Participate in broader TA initiatives that improve recruiting quality, speed, governance, and AI-enabled operating leverage.

What you'll bring to Circle:

  • 4+ years of in-house recruiting experience, with demonstrated success owning the full recruiting lifecycle for complex business, Finance, G&A, or corporate functions.

  • Proven ability to operate as a consultative partner to senior hiring leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated ability to use modern recruiting technology and AI-enabled tools or workflows to improve efficiency, documentation, sourcing, or decision support.

  • Experience with Workday and modern recruiting systems; experience with ModernLoop, Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, Google Workspace, and Slack preferred.

  • Excellent judgment in sensitive hiring matters, including offers, internal candidates, exceptions, compensation alignment, stakeholder escalation, and candidate communications.

  • Ability to separate facts from assumptions, communicate clearly, and escalate with a recommendation when risk or approval ambiguity exists.

  • High attention to detail and strong system hygiene; you treat recruiting systems as source-of-truth infrastructure, not administrative cleanup.

  • Strong written communication skills and the ability to produce concise, executive-ready updates.

  • High integrity, strong ownership, and sound judgment in a fast-moving, highly regulated environment.

  • Bachelor's degree required

Preferred experience

  • Experience recruiting for Finance, Accounting, ERM, or related functions.

  • Experience hiring in global markets, including entity, EOR, immigration, or jurisdiction-specific hiring considerations.

  • Experience building scalable recruiting playbooks, process improvements, AI-enabled workflows, or operating procedures.
