  • You are a dedicated learner with a growth mindset who actively seeks feedback to continuously develop yourself as a stronger partner and teammate.
  • You operate with a deep sense of urgency, combining speed and quality to deliver high-impact results with a strong bias for action.
  • You are data-driven and rely on analytics to uncover facts, measure critical metrics, and substitute assumptions with evidence to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • You lead with integrity by always doing the right thing, maintaining high accountability, and building strong trust through transparent and consistent actions.

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools, with a proven history of integrating new technologies to enhance daily workflows and augment problem-solving
  • Experience driving AI adoption strategies that balance operational autonomy with centralized security control, including defining tiered publication policies for enterprise agents and overseeing the lifecycle governance of AI assets
  • 5+ years of experience within Google Workspace and MS365 admin consoles with scripting experience
  • Proven track record in agentic development, including the ability to configure custom data connectors, manage API integrations, and orchestrate multi-agent workflows using frameworks such as Google's ADK tools within a secure environment

  • Proven ability to support continuous monitoring (ConMon) and audit readiness cycles, including gathering technical evidence or additional requirements to maintain FedRAMP compliance

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Knowledge of FedRAMP standards including IL2/4/5/6, along with experience collaborating with compliance teams and implementing vendor-recommended configurations across respective environments
