Porch Light Health is seeking a customer-focused Network & IT Support Administrator to join our Information Technology team.

We provide Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), Methadone treatment, and behavioral health services, helping patients discover their purpose and build a healthy community. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Care Coordinator Medical Assistant to join our growing team in a fast-paced, dynamic medical setting.
About you:
The IT department plays a critical role in supporting clinical and business operations across multiple locations by delivering secure, reliable, and efficient technology services. This position provides frontline technical support while assisting with the administration of networks, cloud services, endpoint devices, telecommunications, and enterprise applications.
The ideal candidate enjoys solving technical problems, delivering exceptional customer service, and continuously improving the technology experience for end users. This role works closely with clinicians, operational staff, and leadership to ensure technology remains secure, available, and aligned with organizational goals.

Primary Responsibilities
End User Support
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while supporting staff across multiple clinic and administrative locations.
  • Respond to, prioritize, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in accordance with established service levels.
  • Provide in-person, remote, phone, and virtual support for users.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, printing, mobile device, and peripheral issues.
  • Configure, deploy, maintain, and replace workstations, laptops, Chromebooks, tablets, mobile devices, and related equipment.
  • Perform user onboarding and offboarding activities including account provisioning, hardware deployment, and access management.
  • Educate users on technology best practices and effective use of organizational systems.

Infrastructure & Systems Support
  • Assist in administering Google Workspace, Microsoft Windows, ChromeOS, and enterprise applications.
  • Support local and wide area networks, wireless infrastructure, VPN connectivity, firewalls, switches, and Internet connectivity.
  • Assist with administration of cloud-based platforms and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) applications.
  • Monitor system health and proactively identify potential issues.
  • Participate in technology deployments, upgrades, and infrastructure projects.

Security & Compliance
  • Follow organizational security policies and healthcare compliance requirements.
  • Assist with endpoint security, identity management, multi-factor authentication, and device management.
  • Maintain confidentiality of protected health information (PHI) and organizational data.
  • Escalate security concerns and assist with incident response activities.

IT Operations
  • Document all work performed within the IT Service Management (ITSM) platform.
  • Maintain accurate hardware, software, and asset inventories.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, automation, and customer experience.
  • Participate in after-hours support and occasional travel to clinic locations as needed.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • 2+ years of IT support or systems administration experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, ChromeOS, networking, and cloud technologies.
  • Experience supporting Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Experience with endpoint deployment and management.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
  • Valid driver's license with the ability to travel to clinic locations as needed.

  • Google Workspace Administrator Certification

  • Experience with Cisco Meraki networking

This position will be hybrid and in clinic as needed in S. Colorado, M-F 8:00-5:00pm
$54,080-$72,800 Depending on location, experience and education
