  • Develop and execute test plans for functional, SIT, and regression scenarios; perform root cause analysis on production defects.
  • Manage small to medium projects end-to-end, including timelines, stakeholder communication, change management, and training coordination.

  • Hands-on experience supporting or implementing Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), PLM platforms, or ERP-adjacent manufacturing modules.
  • Functional understanding of MES-to-ERP integration architecture and end-to-end manufacturing data flows.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences and collaborate across IT and business teams.
  • Working knowledge of AI-enabled tools and their responsible use in daily work.

Education, Work Experience, and Professional Certifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related technical field.
  • 8+ years of IT experience in enterprise application implementation and support.
  • 5+ years supporting manufacturing or RD&E systems in a global operations environment.
  • SQL or scripting experience preferred; exposure to IoT or industrial automation platforms a plus.
