Job description

We made history and now we work to transform the future - for our customers, our communities and our families. You'll see your work on the road every day, helping people move freely and pursue their dreams. At Ford, you can build more than vehicles. Come build what matters.
Launched in 2023, Integrated Services creates and markets new customer experiences by integrating hardware, software and services across Ford Blue, Model e and Ford Pro. These products and services allow Ford's retail and commercial customers to customize their vehicles like never before with OTA (over-the-air)-driven experiences that grow better over time. Ford is developing leadership at the forefront of connected, digital platforms that will revolutionize every aspect of how vehicles function, the way people interact with them, and the value those vehicles provide.
The Lifecycle Engagement & Loyalty team is seeking a Sr. Product Manager to lead our gamification strategy. In this role, you'll define the roadmap for behavior-driven experiences and game mechanics that leverage our connected vehicle ecosystem - turning everyday ownership into an engaging, lifelong relationship with the Ford brand.
Responsibilities
What you'll do...
  • Discovery and business-case development for new strategic gamification initiatives to ensure our lifecycle engagement roadmap stays ahead of digital entertainment trends and standard loyalty program commoditization.
  • Evaluate and pilot expansion strategies for behavior-driven experiences across diverse vehicle segments and ownership phases to scale Ford Rewards participation and digital app adoption beyond current channels.
  • Conduct deep-dive behavioral analyses of driving telemetry and ownership habits to identify key customer segments, developing tailored game mechanics and localized features that address the specific intrinsic motivators of different driver archetypes and regional communities.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional delivery by translating the strategic gamification vision into high-level product definitions and technical requirements, partnering closely with Software Engineering, UX Design, and Data Science from concept to launch.
  • Synthesize complex user engagement data, connected vehicle technical capabilities, and loyalty financial projections into high-impact presentations for executive leadership, providing the strategic clarity and data-backed recommendations required to secure buy-in.

Qualifications
You'll have...
  • HS Diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in product development or digital design experience
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve strategic goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment, and to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to manage stakeholders across the organization, including strong documentation skills
  • A deep passion for your customers, their needs, and for building/shipping products to meet these needs
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in complex organizations

Even better if you have...
  • Domain knowledge in gamification frameworks (e.g., Octalysis), behavioral design, or high-engagement consumer platforms (such as fitness, ed-tech, or gaming) strongly preferred
  • Prior experience in product development, behavioral psychology, or designing digital-physical engagement loops that drive real-world user actions
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Behavioral/Cognitive Science, Computer Science, or a related field; Master of Business Administration

You may not check every box, or your experience may look a little different from what we've outlined, but if you think you can bring value to Ford Motor Company, we encourage you to apply!
As an established global company, we offer the benefit of choice. You can choose what your Ford future will look like: will your story span the globe, or keep you close to home? Will your career be a deep dive into what you love, or a series of new teams and new skills? Will you be a leader, a changemaker, a technical expert, a culture builder...or all of the above? No matter what you choose, we offer a work life that works for you, including:
• Immediate medical, dental, vision and prescription drug coverage
• Flexible family care days, paid parental leave, new parent ramp-up programs, subsidized back-up child care and more
• Family building benefits including adoption and surrogacy expense reimbursement, fertility treatments, and more
• Vehicle discount program for employees and family members and management leases
• Tuition assistance
• Established and active employee resource groups
• Paid time off for individual and team community service
• A generous schedule of paid holidays, including the week between Christmas and New Year's Day
• Paid time off and the option to purchase additional vacation time.
This position is leadership level 6 and ranges from $115,500-$218,100.
Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
