This role partners closely with Marketing, Health Economics & Market Access, Sales, Finance, and othercrossfunctionalteams to ensure lifecycle initiatives are strategically planned,wellgoverned, and effectively executed. The position offers high visibility, meaningful commercial impact, and the opportunity to influence how innovative orthopedic solutions reach patients and providers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage VRASrelated lifecycle management (LCM) projects across assigned product portfolios, ensuring alignment with commercial and marketing strategies.

  • Partner with Marketing, Market Access, Sales, Finance, and other stakeholders to develop and execute value and reimbursement strategies throughout the product lifecycle.

  • Coordinate crossfunctional planning, timelines, and deliverables to support launches, inmarket optimization, and endoflife activities.

  • Develop business cases, project plans, and performance metrics to track progress, risks, and outcomes of LCM initiatives.

  • Ensure projectscomply withinternal governance, quality, and regulatory requirements while supporting commercialobjectives.

  • Analyze market, reimbursement, and competitive dynamics to inform lifecycle and access strategies.

Qualifications

Education
