Employment Type: W2 Only

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Java Developer to join a leading financial services client in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will have strong backend expertise in Java along with modern frontend development experience using React. This is a hands-on development role working on mission-critical enterprise applications in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java and React.
  • Build and enhance RESTful APIs and microservices.
  • Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications using React.js.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical planning.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
  • Follow Agile/Scrum development methodologies and CI/CD best practices.

Required Skills:

  • 8+ years of hands-on software development experience.
  • Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
  • Solid experience with React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases such as Oracle or PostgreSQL.
  • Experience with Git, Maven, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience working in the Banking or Financial Services domain is highly preferred.
