To thrive as a JavaScript Engineer, you need strong proficiency in JavaScript, a good understanding of web development fundamentals, and typically a degree in computer science or related experience. Familiarity with frameworks like React or Angular, version control systems like Git, and tools such as Node.js and npm is essential. What are some common challenges a JavaScript Engineer faces when working on large-scale applications?

One common challenge for JavaScript Engineers working on large-scale applications is maintaining code quality and consistency as the codebase grows. Managing dependencies, ensuring efficient performance, and coordinating with other team members to avoid merge conflicts are daily concerns.
