Job Summary:
Cognizant is seeking a Senior .NET Full Stack Developer Lead to design, develop, and deliver scalable enterprise applications. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders and teams to ensure high-quality software solutions and leading technical delivery efforts.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise applications using .NET Core, React, AWS, SQL Server, and related technologies.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define technical solutions that align with business objectives and architectural standards.
• Drive technical delivery, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions that meet performance and reliability requirements.
• Provide technical leadership through code reviews, mentoring, troubleshooting, and implementation of development best practices.
• Partner with offshore teams to coordinate delivery activities, manage priorities, and ensure timely, high-quality project execution.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Strong experience developing enterprise applications using .NET Core / C# and modern software development frameworks.
• Hands-on expertise with React.js and JavaScript-based front-end development.
• Experience designing and deploying cloud-based solutions using AWS.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server, including database design, optimization, and performance tuning.
• Proven experience leading technical teams, managing both functional and technical workstreams, and driving successful project delivery.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills.
