  • You will drive the end-to-end user experience for a next-generation Conversational AI platform designed to support members and providers by accessing timely, accurate
Responsibilities:
  • In this role, you will architect, implement, and optimize rich conversational flows using IBMs Conversational AI stack, while integrating enterprise data sources to deliver context-aware, trustworthy responses.
  • You Will collaborate with product, UI/UX, and backend teams to define requirements, influence features, and ensure scalable, user-centric solutions.
  • Ability to design and develop AI conversations with responses coming from outside APIs via cloud function or integration with other systems.
  • Applying clean coding skills and best practices.
  • Collaborating with user interface designers and backend application integration teams to understand the mechanisms through which the conversational AI solution will be used and what is needed to fulfill intents.
