  • End-to-End Project Leadership
  • Own full lifecycle execution of capital projects across engineering, design, procurement, construction, and startup phases.

What You Bring

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical discipline
  • Experience in Chemical Processing, Oil/Gas, Bio-Refineries, Agricultural Chem or Food Flavors\Ingredients desirable.
  • At Least 8 years of experience managing complex industrial or engineering-driven projects
  • Demonstrated success leading large, multi-phase capital projects with minimal oversight
  • Strong client-facing experience with the ability to influence and build trust at multiple levels
  • Expertise in project controls, scheduling tools, and structured project delivery methodologies
  • PMP or equivalent certification preferred
  • Willingness to travel up to ~30% depending on project needs
