Build agentic AI workflows across an aging industry!

Our client is recruiting it's foundational team. Having recently secured 2M in funding, they are now on the search for several Senior Engineers who thrive in high-ownership environments with proven track records in taking projects from idea to rollout.

Supporting mid-large manufacturing organisations with their AI platform, they are creating the bridge between scattered data and decision making specifically in Germany today with plans to scale to the US this year.

This is a hands-on role for engineers who want true autonomy. Engineers that love the early-stage fast paced space and engineers that want to truly build.

We are hybrid with 3-4 days at the Delta Campus.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Building and coordinating AI-driven systems that operate reliably at scale
  • Developing frameworks to assess model performance, quality, and safety
  • Designing pipelines to ingest, process, and standardise external data sources in real time
  • Connecting the platform into enterprise software environments to drive real-world usage
  • Working closely with customers to refine features and solve practical problems
  • Making key decisions around system architecture, security, and scalability
Your experience:
  • Strong commercial experience as a full-stack engineer
  • Proficiency with TypeScript and Python
  • Exposure to contemporary frontend tooling and deployment workflows
  • Hands-on experience with large language models, retrieval techniques, and performance trade-offs
  • Background in building, evaluating, or monitoring complex distributed or AI-driven systems
  • Professional-level English communication
  • Nice to have: experience in procurement, ERP, or enterprise platforms
