Job description

At FIT House of Brands, we are driving multi-unit franchise growth across our fitness portfolio. We are seeking a strategic, revenue-generating Senior Franchise Sales Executive to lead end-to-end sales initiatives and position our brand as the investment opportunity of choice for high-net-worth operators.

In this pivotal role reporting to the CRO, you will own multi-unit development-from lead generation through to signed agreements and studio openings. You will bridge strategy and execution, collaborating with Marketing, Legal, and Real Estate while leveraging your existing network of franchise investors, family offices, and multi-unit operators to scale our footprint.

Responsibilities

The Senior Franchise Sales Executive will be responsible for:

Pipeline Ownership & Deal Execution

  • Own the entire franchise sales cycle end-to-end, from lead generation through signed franchise agreement andย  successful handover to our Network Onboarding team.
  • Qualify and progress high-investment, multi-unit development opportunities with financially sophisticated buyers.
  • Build and maintain a robust, self-sourced pipeline that complements - rather than relies solely on - inbound marketing leads.

Network & Relationship Development

  • Leverage and continually expand an existing network of franchise investors, multi-unit operators, family offices, professional athletes, and high-net-worth individuals.
  • Represent the brand at industry events, franchise expos, and investor forums to generate new relationships and channels.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to prospective franchisees throughout their evaluation and decision-making process.

Financial & Commercial Guidance

  • Walk prospects through unit economics, investment returns, and multi-unit development models with credibility and precision.
  • Engage confidently and at a peer level with experienced entrepreneurs, investors, and operators.
  • Partner with Finance as needed to validate and present investment models to prospective franchisees.

Cross-Functional Deal Progression

  • Partner closely with Legal to manage FDD review, disclosure timelines, and agreement execution.
  • Coordinate with Real Estate on site selection and territory availability for multi-unit and high-investment deals.
  • Work with Marketing to shape lead quality and messaging at the senior end of the market, while independently generating opportunities beyond marketing channels.
  • Partner with Network Support and Network Performance teams to ensure a smooth handoff from signing through opening.

Growth Strategy & Brand Leadership

  • Work directly with the CRO to shape growth strategy, market execution plans, and target franchisee profiles.
  • Identify and pilot new growth channels (e.g., broker relationships, multi-unit operator groups, family office and private capital partnerships).
  • Act as a senior Brand Ambassador, representing the business

Requirements

  • 7-10+ years of consultative B2B/B2C sales experience, including a minimum of 3 years in franchise development.
  • Demonstrated success selling high-investment franchise or multi-unit development opportunities.
  • Existing, active network of franchise investors, multi-unit operators, family offices, professional athletes, and/or high-net-worth individuals.
  • Strong financial acumen; able to build and present unit economics and investment return models.
  • Commercially sophisticated; credible with experienced entrepreneurs and investors.
  • Proven ability to generate opportunities independently, rather than relying solely on inbound marketing.
  • Highly self-sufficient and entrepreneurial - a builder, not just a closer.
  • Executive presence with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Resilient and comfortable managing long, complex, high-value sales cycles.
  • Passionate brand ambassador with a genuine connection to fitness and wellness.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Legal, and Real Estate to progress deals from lead through to opening.
  • Familiarity with AI and modern sales technology.
  • Ability to travel regularly, as required.

Benefits

  • Medical, Vision and Dental benefits
  • Competitive salary, based on experience
  • 401(k)
  • Flexible, Unlimited PTO
  • Casual dress and laid-back work environment
  • Fun, fitness and health orientated environment
