ROLLING SUDS

The Power Washing Professionals

We’re Hiring

Franchise Development Qualifier
Organic Lead Qualification  ·  Franchise Development Department

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY Rolling Suds is one of the largest commercial power washing companies in the United States, and our franchise system is growing fast. Every week, people reach out wanting to learn what it takes to own a Rolling Suds franchise. We’re looking for the person who greets them first — the front door to our brand — and helps us find the right owners for the right territories.

Who We Are

Rolling Suds has been in the power washing business for over 30 years and today operates one of the largest commercial power washing franchise systems in the country. We back our franchise owners with a national call center, a company-driven lead engine, a national accounts program that brings large recurring commercial work into the system, and a proven operating model. Our philosophy is simple: we help people build businesses, not jobs.
Our Franchise Development team is where it all starts. Before a candidate ever meets our leadership, talks to an existing franchisee, or reviews the financials, they talk to us. That first conversation sets the tone for everything that follows.
The Role

Most of our franchise candidates today come to us through franchise brokers. That channel works well — but we’re investing in something bigger: organic lead generation, meaning candidates who find Rolling Suds directly because they’re drawn to what we’re building. Those leads are already coming in. What we don’t yet have is someone whose entire focus is catching them quickly, qualifying them thoughtfully, and doing it the same way every single time.
That’s this job. As our Franchise Development Qualifier, you own the front of the organic funnel. You’ll be the first voice a prospective franchisee hears, you’ll build genuine rapport, ask the questions that matter, and make a clear, consistent call on whether a candidate is the right fit to advance — then hand qualified candidates to a Franchise Sales Director to carry forward.
This is not a volume-for-its-own-sake seat. Our model only works when the right owner lands in each territory, so you’ll protect the quality of the pipeline as carefully as you build its volume — which sometimes means telling a candidate no even when it would be easy to say yes. Our department’s core value is to be as helpful as possible on every call. Do that well and everything else follows.
What You’ll Do

▪    Be the first responder to inbound organic leads — fast, warm, and consistent, with same-hour follow-up as the standard.
▪    Run first-contact qualifying conversations that put the candidate first: listen more than you talk, and ask questions you genuinely care about the answers to.
▪    Evaluate every candidate against a clear, repeatable standard so each organic lead receives the same quality of screening, regardless of who they are or when they reach out.
▪    Make the advance-or-decline call, and book the next step for qualified candidates directly with a Franchise Sales Director.
▪    Keep every candidate’s status accurate and current in our CRM (ClientTether) so the whole team always knows where each person stands.
▪    Track what’s working in the organic channel and share what you’re seeing, so we sharpen our lead generation over time.
▪    Represent Rolling Suds with professionalism, preparation, and honesty on every single conversation.
What You Bring

No franchise experience required — we’ll teach you the process. You do need:
▪    Strong phone presence and excellent verbal and written communication.
▪    A background in sales, recruiting, customer success, hospitality, coaching, or any role where building fast rapport and really listening were the job.
▪    Comfort handling a high volume of inbound conversations and the discipline to follow up on every one.
▪    Familiarity with a CRM (ClientTether experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person).
▪    Self-motivation — this role rewards people who own their pipeline without being chased.
▪    A genuine interest in helping people navigate one of the biggest decisions of their professional lives.

Where This Goes

 | This is a career track, not a dead end. The Qualifier role is the front door into our Franchise Development career ladder. Prove you can consistently qualify and advance the right candidates, and the path opens toward Franchise Sales Director, where you run candidates through the full process and own deals end to end — and from there toward Senior Franchise Sales Director and VP of Franchise Development. We’re looking for someone who wants to build a career here, not just fill a seat.

This is a remote position.
