As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical Foreman to join our team.


Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Mechanical Foreman to oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of mechanical systems on construction sites. The Mechanical Foreman will be responsible for coordinating and supervising a team of skilled technicians and ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.


Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate the work of mechanical technicians, ensuring that tasks are assigned and completed according to project schedules and specifications.

- Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of mechanical systems, including HVAC, and mechanical systems, in accordance with building codes and industry standards.

- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards.

- Provide on-the-job training and guidance to team members, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that project deadlines are met and that any issues or delays are promptly addressed.

- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used, labor hours, and project progress.

- Troubleshoot mechanical systems and equipment as needed, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner.

- Assist with the procurement of materials and equipment needed for projects, ensuring that they meet project requirements and budgetary constraints.


Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training or certification in mechanical systems preferred.

- Proven experience as a mechanical foreman or similar role in the construction industry.

- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC, and mechanical systems.

- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the ability to effectively supervise and motivate a team.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with team members, contractors, and clients.
