  • Pay: $70,000-$80,000 per year, plus an annual bonus program

About the role: The Senior Supply Chain Coordinator is a critical contributor to Floral Services' supply chain and purchasing operations, with a dual focus on production planning and procurement. This role supports the company's growth and operational efficiency by ensuring that production lines are supplied on time and that new product launches are executed smoothly. Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain, you will collaborate closely with cross functional teams including design, business development, sales operations, and supply chain leadership. Responsibilities include:

Production Planning & Support

  • Manage incoming product, production schedules and ERP Tasks for artificial trees, a key subcategory within the SilkCraft division
  • Maintain and update a Weekly Available to Promise (ATP) Report using data from Acumatica (ERP), including purchase orders, inbound containers, sales orders, inventory on hand, and forecasts
  • Monitor supply levels and demand forecasts to ensure production lines operate at maximum capacity
  • Collaborate with business development and design teams to clarify demand inputs and upcoming build requirements
  • Follow up on outstanding purchase orders and ensure all necessary documentation is in place for timely procurement
  • Analyze changes in supply and demand inputs to adjust production and purchasing plans accordingly
Purchasing & Product Launch Coordination
  • Support the Sourcing Manager in executing buy programs and supply chain strategies
  • Monitor factory schedules and production timelines to help ensure on time delivery
  • Partner with the buying team and vendors to support timely and accurate order fulfillment
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to maintain appropriate inventory levels
  • As part of the Supply Chain Team, you’ll collaborate closely with design, business development, sales operations, and supply chain leadership
  • Coordinate with offshore teams as needed to support supply chain operations

Supply Chain Coordination

  • Coordinate inbound freight and container milestones from purchase order release through warehouse receipt, maintaining accurate estimated arrival dates and status updates
  • Partner with freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, warehouses, and internal teams to support timely product flow and resolve transportation or receiving issues
  • Maintain supply chain trackers and ERP data for purchase orders, shipments, inventory transfers, receipts, and delivery exceptions
  • Identify potential shortages, delays, capacity constraints, and inventory risks; communicate impacts promptly and help coordinate corrective action
  • Coordinate inventory transfers, replenishment needs, and allocation priorities across warehouse and production locations
  • Verify that shipping, customs, product, and receiving documentation is complete and accurate, escalating discrepancies as needed
  • Prepare and distribute recurring supply chain reports and key performance indicators, including on-time delivery, inbound status, inventory availability, and open-order exceptions

Compliance

  • Assist with Product Compliance Tasks as needed

Qualifications: We’re looking for a detail oriented and proactive individual with a solid foundation in supply chain or purchasing, ideally with 3-4 years of relevant experience in consumer products, decor, or furnishings. The ideal candidate will be energized by the opportunity to contribute to a growing company at a pivotal stage and will be eager to take ownership of key planning and purchasing functions. Qualifications Include:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including comfort with complex spreadsheets, formulas, and pivot tables
  • Understanding of supply chain planning concepts such as forecasting, MRP, and build to order production environments
  • Experience or familiarity with ERP systems; prior exposure to cloud-based tools like Acumatica or NetSuite is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with sourcing managers, supply chain directors, business development teams, and production staff
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, resource constrained environment with agility and a proactive mindset
  • High level of organization and attention to detail to support purchasing activities and production line coordination
  • Strong interpersonal skills that support a positive, inclusive, and team-oriented environment.
  • Experience in AI Tools such as Claude or ChatGPT to maximize innovation, efficiency and productivity is a plus.
  • Willingness to adapt work hours as needed to coordinate with offshore teams and meet production demands
  • Comfort working primarily on site with some flexibility for hybrid work after onboarding
