Job description

The Sr. Financial Analyst will report to the FP&A Director and work closely with other Senior Leaders across the company supporting core FP&A processes while providing strategic and analytical insights. 

Key responsibilities include cost roll ups, financial forecasting, KPI analysis, and financial reporting. This role requires collaboration across the business in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment.


Responsibilities:

Financial Analysis

  • Analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance reports to support business planning.
  • Develop financial models to evaluate business performance and investment opportunities.
  • Monitor revenue, cost structures, and profitability across products, services, or segments.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes, including scenario analysis.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve financial performance.
  • Support month-end close processes 

Reporting & Insights

  • Prepare and present detailed reports.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain performance tracking tools and metrics.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with finance and operations teams to align strategies.
  • Support decision-making with data-driven insights.
  • Assist in strategic planning initiatives and growth projects.

Skills & Competencies
