Position Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst will serve as a strategic business partner to operations and leadership by developing financial reporting, operational analytics, and business intelligence that drive performance across the organization. This is a hands-on analytical role where you will be responsible for both creating and maintaining reporting while also providing meaningful insights that improve operational efficiency.

This position offers significant visibility throughout the organization and will continue to evolve as the company expands.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain financial and operational reports, dashboards, and KPIs for executive leadership
  • Analyze supply chain, logistics, transportation, and inventory performance to identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Perform CapEx and OpEx analysis to support strategic investment decisions
  • Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial planning models
  • Conduct monthly variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations to business leaders
  • Design and enhance complex Power BI dashboards and automated reporting solutions
  • Utilize SQL and Python to extract, manipulate, and analyze large data sets
  • Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Accounting, and Finance teams to improve reporting and business processes
  • Monitor inventory metrics and operational performance across multiple business units
  • Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve data quality and reporting efficiency
  • Support ad hoc financial analysis and strategic initiatives as the business continues to grow

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field required
  • 5+ years of progressive corporate financial analysis experience
  • Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience developing complex dashboards using Power BI
  • Working knowledge of SQL and Python for reporting and analytics
  • Experience analyzing inventory, supply chain, logistics, or operational performance metrics
  • Ability to transform large volumes of data into meaningful business insights
  • Hands-on approach with a willingness to build reports while also improving processes and driving strategic initiatives
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner effectively across multiple departments
