About the Position
The Senior Financial Analyst supports HUB Northwest's accounting and FP&A functions, partnering with Finance leadership on monthly reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and the integration of newly acquired businesses.
Responsibilities include:
  • Maintain and analyze the general ledger and monthly activity within the Oracle ERP system (including Oracle Hyperion financial reporting software)
  • Support month-end close
  • Review financial statements (income statement and balance sheet) and perform balance sheet reconciliations
  • Research, identify, and communicate key variances in financial and operational metrics
  • Provide ad hoc financial and operational analysis to support business decisions
  • Support the monthly forecast and annual budget process
  • Support Finance leadership with day-to-day tasks and ad hoc requests

Position Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work under tight timelines
  • Proactive, self-directed work ethic with the ability to anticipate needs
  • At least three years of relevant experience preferred

The expected salary range for this position is $80,000- $100,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope and level.
