Job description

Connatix Native Exchange Inc. Position: Senior Solutions Engineer Connatix Native Exchange, a JWX company, is seeking a full-time Senior Solutions Engineer in New York, NY. Serve as a technical lead for enterprise customers throughout the presales, onboarding, and post-sales lifecycle.

Work directly with Customers, Sales, Product and Engineering to solve complex challenges, drive successful integrations, and ensure customers realize the full value of video platform solutions. Support internal operations by developing revenue operations tools including single page applications, command line utilities, browser extensions, and backend automation systems. Specific duties include: (1) Own technical relationships with publishers and partners across the full customer lifecycle; (2) Drive presales technical conversations, demos, and discovery sessions; (3) Communicate platform business value to technical and non-technical stakeholders; (4) Lead technical scoping, design, and implementation planning for custom integrations; (5) Develop and present tailored solutions for publisher integrations; (6) Guide and mentor junior Solutions Engineering team members; (7) Provide product expertise, education, and consultative guidance to publishers and internal teams; (8) Support RFI/RFP processes with technical requirement responses; (9) Monitor competitive video technology landscape and position solutions accordingly; (10) Translate publisher needs into Product and Engineering feedback to influence roadmap; (11) Build and maintain internal revenue operations tools and automation systems; and (12) Shape and improve implementation processes.

This position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field and 5 years related (progressive, post-baccalaureate) experience. Must also have 24 months of experience with each of the following: (1) Designing custom implementation strategies, creating technical documentation, and leading integration planning for large-scale publisher deployments; (2) Implementing and troubleshooting video player APIs, custom event handling, and browser-based video delivery systems; (3) Leading technical competitive assessments, and architecting proof-of-concept solutions to win enterprise client evaluations against competing video platforms; and (4) Building and maintaining ongoing technical partnerships with senior engineering teams and technical decision-makers to ensure successful platform adoption and long-term client success. Will accept experience gained concurrently.
