A career as an Event Project Manager in the Corporate Events team at National Bank means being a specialist in planning and executing high-impact events. This position allows you to have a concrete influence on the organisation's visibility thanks to your expertise in project management, event coordination and collaboration with a wide variety of partners. 


Your job 

  • Planning and carrying out corporate events for clients or employees·, from design to delivery. 
  • Coordinate all partners and suppliers to ensure efficient execution and a quality experience. 
  • Manage budgets, schedules and deliverables while ensuring compliance with established standards. 
  • Ensure the implementation and optimisation of sponsorship activities and compliance with visibility commitments. 
  • Advise stakeholders on the logistical, technical and operational aspects of events. 
  • Oversee the smooth progress of events in the field and recommend improvements that promote innovation and efficiency.

Prerequisites 


  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in project management and event planning in a professional context.

  • Be available for occasional travel across Canada for events.
