We are seeking an experienced AI Adoption & Change Management Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead enterprise-wide adoption of Artificial Intelligence technologies across secure mission environments. This role is responsible for developing and executing AI adoption strategies, driving organizational change, enabling workforce readiness, and ensuring AI solutions are successfully integrated into business operations.

The ideal candidate combines expertise in change management, stakeholder engagement, AI enablement, and enterprise communications with hands-on experience in prompt engineering, AI governance, and organizational transformation. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, helping organizations maximize the value of AI while promoting responsible, secure, and effective adoption.

Responsibilities
  • Lead enterprise AI adoption initiatives through strategic change management, workforce readiness, and organizational transformation efforts
  • Develop and execute AI adoption strategies that accelerate user engagement and successful implementation of AI technologies
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on enterprise AI architecture, Zero Trust principles, and cross-enclave AI interoperability
  • Design and deliver communications, training programs, workshops, and enablement materials that support AI adoption across technical and non-technical organizations
  • Partner with business leaders, technical teams, and stakeholders to identify adoption challenges and implement effective change management strategies
  • Perform prompt engineering, AI model testing, and prompt refinement to optimize AI solutions for operational use
  • Develop responsible AI governance processes, adoption frameworks, and best practices that promote secure and compliant AI usage
  • Monitor AI adoption metrics, user engagement, and performance indicators to continuously improve AI-enabled workflows
  • Create executive briefings, user guides, job aids, and technical documentation tailored to a variety of audiences
  • Provide strategic recommendations that improve AI utilization, organizational effectiveness, and mission outcomes
  • Support enterprise AI initiatives by promoting collaboration across business, technology, and security organizations
Required Qualifications
  • Must posses an active Top Secret Security Clearance
  • Must be willing to obtain a polygraph upon hire
  • 10+ years of professional experience in change management, organizational transformation, or related leadership roles
  • Experience leading enterprise change management and workforce adoption initiatives
  • Strong expertise in stakeholder engagement, executive communications, and organizational readiness
  • Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, AI model evaluation, testing, and optimization
  • Experience developing AI adoption strategies and enabling organizations to successfully operationalize AI technologies
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and executive briefing skills
  • Experience supporting secure enterprise environments and complex cross-organizational initiatives
  • Knowledge of Zero Trust principles and enterprise AI integration strategies
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience supporting federal government, Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, or other highly regulated organizations
  • Professional certifications in Change Management (Prosci, ACMP, or equivalent)
  • Certifications or formal training in Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning
  • Experience implementing responsible AI governance frameworks and compliance standards
  • Experience developing enterprise training programs, communications strategies, and large-scale user enablement initiatives
  • Familiarity with AI policy development, organizational adoption metrics, and AI performance measurement
