Job description

Description:

Titan Brands is seeking a Senior Email Marketing Specialist.  This role is a hands-on member of the Marketing team responsible for translating campaign plans into accurate, timely, revenue-driving email experiences across our brand portfolio.  This is an execution-first role. You will spend most of your time working directly in Klaviyo and Attentive building email and SMS campaigns and automated journeys, creating audiences, completing rigorous quality assurance, scheduling deployments, and reporting on results. The right person brings strong email and SMS marketing fundamentals, exceptional attention to detail, and curiosity about the broader customer lifecycle. As you master execution, you will gain increasing exposure to channel planning, customer journey design, testing strategy, deliverability, compliance, and performance optimization.

Requirements:
  • Campaign production: Build and deploy email campaigns in Klaviyo and SMS campaigns in Attentive from approved brief through launch, including content, personalization, links, tracking, audience selection, scheduling, and final checks.
  • Lifecycle automation: Build, update, and QA automated email and SMS journeys such as welcome, abandonment, post-purchase, cross-sell, win-back, and re-engagement, including triggers, filters, delays, splits, and dynamic content.
  • Audience segmentation: Create and maintain email and SMS audiences using engagement, purchase history, product or category interest, lifecycle stage, and other available customer signals.
  • Quality assurance: Own pre-deployment QA for content, imagery, links, tracking, rendering, mobile experience, personalization, exclusions and suppressions, journey logic, and compliance elements.
  • Template execution: Use HTML and CSS to modify email templates, troubleshoot rendering issues, and help ensure emails are responsive across common inboxes and devices.
  • Cross-functional coordination: Partner with the Senior Marketing Manager, brand, creative, merchandising, and ecommerce teams to manage briefs, assets, approvals, calendars, and deadlines across multiple brands.
  • Testing and optimization: Set up email and SMS tests, document results, and apply learnings to improve content, audience strategy, timing, and customer experience.
  • Performance reporting: Monitor email, SMS, and automated journey performance, including engagement, conversion, attributed revenue, and revenue per recipient; turn results into clear observations and practical recommendations.
  • Channel health: Support consent management, suppression practices, list hygiene, email deliverability, SMS compliance, and data integrity across Klaviyo, Attentive, and connected marketing systems.
  • Process discipline: Maintain campaign documentation, naming conventions, QA checklists, templates, and reporting trackers; identify improvements that make the team faster and more accurate.
  • Strategic development: Participate in planning conversations and grow toward contributing to email and SMS contact strategy, lifecycle roadmaps, segmentation, testing priorities, and revenue goals.

To do this, we believe you should have

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field, preferred.
  • Relevant experience: 2+ years of experience in email, SMS, lifecycle, CRM, or digital marketing.
  • Marketing platform experience: Demonstrated hands-on experience building campaigns, automations, segments, tests, and reports in an email or SMS marketing platform. Klaviyo and Attentive experience preferred.
  • Technical foundation: Working knowledge of HTML and CSS, with the ability to make basic template edits and troubleshoot common email rendering issues.
  • Analytical fluency: A practical understanding of email, SMS, and ecommerce metrics and the ability to translate results into actionable insights.
  • Quality mindset: Exceptional attention to detail and a consistent, methodical approach to QA, audience selection, tracking, and deployment.
  • Project ownership: The ability to take a campaign from brief to launch, manage multiple deadlines, communicate risks early, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication and collaboration: Strong written communication, sound customer-experience judgment, and the ability to work effectively with creative and business partners.
  • Growth orientation: Curiosity, initiative, and a genuine interest in learning higher-level lifecycle and channel strategy as your executional expertise grows.

What success looks like

You consistently deliver accurate, on-time email and SMS campaigns; build sound segment and journey logic;

maintain clean documentation; and use performance data to recommend the next best action. Over time, you

become a trusted executional expert who can connect daily channel decisions to broader customer and business

goals.
