Job Description: We are seeking a Growth Marketing Consultant to drive paid media performance, improve marketing attribution, and support website optimization initiatives that directly impact pipeline and revenue generation.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Build, manage, and optimize Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend ongoing optimizations.
  • Manage keyword strategy, bidding, targeting, and conversion performance.
  • Develop reporting and performance insights for stakeholders.
  • Improve conversion tracking and attribution across the marketing funnel.
  • Connect campaign performance to Salesforce opportunity and pipeline data.
  • Support enhanced conversion tracking initiatives.
  • Assist with on-page SEO and landing page optimization efforts.
  • Support CMS migration and website optimization projects.
  • Utilize HubSpot marketing tools for campaign tracking and reporting.
  • Support marketing automation, email nurturing, and workflow initiatives as needed.
  • Provide proactive updates and collaborate regularly with stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of digital marketing experience.
  • Strong experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Proven experience creating, managing, and optimizing paid media campaigns.
  • Experience with conversion tracking, attribution, and performance reporting.
  • Experience connecting marketing campaign performance to Salesforce opportunity data.
  • Experience with landing page optimization and on-page SEO.
