Job Insight

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to lead and manage engineering projects from concept through completion. The ideal candidate will have experience in electrical systems design, project coordination, vendor management, and client communication. This role involves both technical leadership and hands-on engineering responsibilities, with an emphasis on quality, safety, and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and review technical specifications, engineering calculations, and design documentation.
  • Oversee electrical system design, including equipment, components, and power distribution systems.
  • Collaborate with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Review and approve vendor drawings and technical submittals.
  • Conduct site visits for project evaluation, installation oversight, and compliance reviews.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for assigned projects.
  • Prepare procurement documentation and support bid evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and industry codes.
  • Lead project teams, provide mentorship, and serve as a subject matter expert.

Qualifications:
