Position Summary
  • Support the onboarding and implementation of EDI partners by coordinating system setup, configuration, testing, and production readiness activities.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to gather business requirements, document implementation needs, and support solutions that meet operational and client expectations.
  • Develop and execute test cases to validate system functionality, confirm requirements are met, and ensure accurate end-to-end processing across test and production environments.
  • Review and interpret technical specifications, healthcare EDI formats, and related documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with business needs.
  • Educate and support clients through implementation activities, including production preparation and changes to communication protocols, file formats, or software.
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of comprehensive knowledge of EDI transactions, including testing standard X12 transactions such as 837P, 837I, 837 Outgoing, 999, TA1, and U277.
  • 2+ years of experience using crosswalks, HIPAA implementation guides, and requirements documents to validate that data has been mapped to the correct database fields.
  • 2+ years of understanding of privacy rules and HIPAA compliance
  • 2+ years of experience working with clients on issue resolution and problem-solving discussions.
  • 2+ years of experience in a client-facing environment partnering directly with clients on EDI-related issue resolution, testing activities, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving discussions.
  • Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language
  • Highly motivated and self-directed.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively in a high-pressure environment.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Background in healthcare preferred.
Education
  • Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $112,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
