What is a senior disability consultant?

Senior Disability Consultants are experienced professionals who advise organizations on disability-related policies, accommodations, and compliance with laws such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). They assess workplace environments, recommend improvements for accessibility, and provide training to staff on disability awareness. Their goal is to help create inclusive workplaces and ensure that both employees and organizations understand their rights and responsibilities regarding disability issues.
