Department/Specialty: Growth Marketing Digital Experience (GMDx) Operations, Portfolio and Program Management

Schedule: Full-time

Salary: $167,851.85 - $285,348.15 per year

Eligible for an annual bonus incentive

How you'll make an impact in this role
  • Lead strategic portfolio planning and prioritization across Growth Marketing & Digital Experience (GMDx), aligning departmental goals, investments, dependencies, and execution plans.
  • Establish and mature the Portfolio & Program Management Office (PPMO), including governance, intake, prioritization, reporting standards, and scalable operating processes.
  • Partner with Finance, Strategy, IT, and business leaders to support annual planning, CapEx and OpEx management, forecasting, and operational decision-making.
  • Advance organizational effectiveness through standardized portfolio tooling, planning cadences, executive reporting, and connected ways of working across GMDx teams.
  • Build and develop a high-performing team and program management community through coaching, capability development, Agile/SAFe, waterfall practices, and continuous operations improvement initiatives.
What minimum qualifications you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • None Required.

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experiencerequired, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor'sdegree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those yearsbeing in leadership/management.
What additional requirements you'll need
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, finance, operations, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 12+ years of progressive experience in operations, portfolio, or program management, preferably in large, matrixed organizations
  • Proven expertise in managing budgets, financial processes, and operational governance
  • Deep knowledge of program/portfolio management methodologies (SAFe, Agile, Waterfall) and demonstrated success in value stream management
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to move fluidly between strategic planning and hands-on execution
