Job description

Elevate is the Church's multi-year transformation to standardize finance, accounting, budgeting, procurement, and project-management capabilities on Oracle Fusion Cloud-integrating operations across 183 countries. The program will modernize processes, strengthen stewardship, and enable better service worldwide.

Lead the end-to-end operational planning and production of Elevate's executive-facing events and media experiences, including roadshows, town halls, recordings, podcasts, and leadership messages. You will drive logistics, audio/visual coordination, recording and post-production workflows, and executive preparation to ensure communications are delivered with excellence, clarity, and consistency. This role will also serve as a key liaison across ICS, PSD, and partner teams to keep critical engagements on track and aligned to Elevate priorities.

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Event Production, Media Production, Business, Organizational Communications, Project Management, or a related field. 

  • Must have 6 or more years of related professional work experience. Preferably in event management, production operations, executive communications, or related program/project management roles. 

  • Strong project management skills, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex workstreams, timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables simultaneously. 
  • Experience coordinating audio/visual production for live, hybrid, or virtual events. 
  • Experience working with senior executives in preparing scripts, coaching presentations, and supporting recordings or live events. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong executive presence and the ability to communicate clearly under pressure. 
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships across functions and influence without direct authority. 
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through. 

Preferred 

  • Experience working with video files, recording workflows, post-production coordination, or digital content delivery. 
  • Graphic design experience, including presentation design or visual asset development. 
  • Experience with enterprise collaboration and planning tools such as Azure DevOps, SharePoint, Teams, or similar platforms. 
  • Background supporting large transformation programs, internal communications, or change management efforts. 
  • PMP, CAPM, Scrum, Agile, or similar project management training/certification. 
  • Experience working in matrixed environments with executive stakeholders, IT, production teams, and external vendors. 

Strategy & Ownership  

  • Own the operational strategy and execution model for Elevate events, recordings, and executive communications support. 
  • Build and maintain repeatable planning processes for roadshows, town halls, leadership recordings, and other high-visibility engagements. 
  • Translate business needs into detailed project plans, timelines, dependencies, and production requirements that ensure consistent delivery and quality. 
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Change Management operations, logistics, and production support.

Event Production, Logistics & Delivery 

  •  Lead end-to-end logistics for Elevate roadshows and key events, including travel coordination, venue setup, room readiness, translation/localization needs, printing, audio/video testing, and remote event management. 
  • Manage event run-of-show documents, production checklists, technical rehearsals, and day-of execution to ensure a polished participant experience. 
  • Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure all event elements are delivered on time and at the expected level of quality. 
  • Track operational deliverables and provide regular updates on status, risks, and mitigation actions to leadership.

Audio/Visual, Recording & Post-Production  

  • Oversee audio/visual planning and execution for town halls, roadshows, recordings, and other Elevate events. 
  • Partner with content teams to produce high-quality videos, podcasts, recordings, and digital engagement assets. 
  • Manage post-production workflows, file handoffs, version control, and quality review to ensure final outputs are accurate, polished, and timely. 
  • Support graphics, presentation visuals, and related media development; experience with video files and graphic design is strongly valued. 

Executive Support & Communications Coaching 

  • Partner directly with senior leaders to prepare scripts, talking points, recordings, and presentations for major Elevate engagements. 
  • Provide executive-facing support during rehearsals and recordings, including coaching on flow, timing, messaging clarity, and delivery. 
  • Ensure senior leaders are well prepared, confident, and supported in high-visibility communication moments. 
  • Communicate clearly, professionally, and proactively with executives and stakeholders across the initiative. 

Stakeholder Management & Liaison Leadership  

  • Build strong working relationships with ICS, PSD, Change Influencers, and other partner teams through regular engagement and proactive follow-up. 
  • Serve as a key liaison with ICS leadership to support planning for town halls, kickoff events, and other major engagements. 
  • Partner with PSD to align annual audio/visual planning, request intake, turnaround expectations, and event support processes. 
  • Surface stakeholder feedback, concerns, and recommendations to Elevate leadership in a timely and actionable way. 

Project Management & Operational Excellence  

  • Complete assigned deliverables, work items, and tasks within Azure DevOps with high on-time performance and minimal rework. 
  • Maintain clear visibility into project status, dependencies, and risks across operational and production workstreams. 
  • Identify issues early, drive corrective action, and ensure leadership is never surprised by avoidable risks. 
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts to strengthen event operations, production workflows, and stakeholder experience.
