Position Summary... What you'll do...Role summary:
The Manager, New Market Expansion is a critical role within Data Ventures responsible for supporting market expansion initiatives and helping drive successful readiness, launch, and transition activities across new markets and banners. This role serves as a key partner across Product, Engineering, Data, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Training, Account Management, and Business Development teams to help operationalize expansion efforts and support scalable growth. Reporting to the Senior Director of Operations, this role will support market or banner readiness activities, coordinate expansion workstreams, implement operational processes, and contribute to the successful scaling of Data Ventures products and capabilities across global markets.

The New Markets Expansion team leads market exploration, discovery, and readiness frameworks to support startup scaling and deliver comprehensive expansion outcomes for Data Ventures. This team manages multiple operational work streams, driving operational planning, resource allocation, and process improvements to enhance business efficiency and successful launch through integration at scale. Collaborating cross-functionally, they develop innovative solutions and tools to meet business objectives while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. Focused on operational excellence, the team ensures timely execution of initiatives, supports continuous learning, and fosters accountability to achieve measurable results aligned with company goals.
What you'll do:
  • Support cross-functional readiness planning, launch preparation and market activation efforts.
  • Translate expansion plans into actionable workstreams, coordinate activities across teams, and ensure operational objectives are achieved.
  • Develop and implement operational processes, readiness tools, launch playbooks, and best practices that enable repeatable and efficient market expansion. 
  • Support efforts to identify operational gaps, track value-driving requirements, coordinate readiness actions, and facilitate successful transition into ongoing operations. 
  • Partner with local stakeholders to understand requirements, coordinate implementation activities, and support localization efforts while maintaining alignment with broader organizational standards.
  • Identify trends and opportunities across business and operational insights, contribute recommendations to inform expansion decisions.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
