Be the Best Sr Director Clinical Operations You Can Be
If you meet these qualifications, we would love to meet you:
  • Master's degree in nursing/public health or healthcare administration preferred
  • Five years of experience in positions of increasing responsibility in business, preferably in health care.
  • Registered Nurse license in state(s) practicing with strong clinical skills.
  • Preferably have prior management/supervisory experience in a hospice or home health agency or equivalent education.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively direct a variety of personnel and utilize mentoring and motivational skills.

Responsibilities:
As a Sr Director Clinical Operations, you will:
  • Responsible for oversight of and/or scheduling, payroll and other administrative duties.
  • Ensures that all patient/family services comply with federal, state(s) and local regulatory requirements and with accepted professional standards.
  • Participates and promotes Back to Bedside efforts in reinforcing Case Management skills, knowledge and attitude per protocol for all disciplines
  • Attend the interdisciplinary group meeting on a regular basis and serves as a liaison with the Medical Director and clinical staff
  • Participates in or leads quality improvement activities, including data collection and aggregation as able
  • Participate in ongoing quality assurance activities related to patient and family services, including Quality
