Who You Are


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team in delivering cutting-edge solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing, implementing, and managing complex infrastructure and deployment pipelines using a variety of modern DevOps tools and technologies. This role will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our client's applications and services. This is an On-site role for 3+ days/week. 

What You’ll Do

  • Design and implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform, specifically for OpenShift clusters and AWS environments.
  • Manage and maintain OpenShift clusters, including configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, integrating with OpenShift and AWS to deploy microservices.
  • Utilize ArgoCD and Helm charts for seamless application synchronization and deployment.
  • Design and implement traffic flow management strategies to optimize application performance and availability.
  • Configure and maintain landing zones for secure and scalable infrastructure deployment.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth and efficient application deployment and operation.
  • Stay up to date with the latest DevOps tools, technologies, and best practices.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in a DevOps or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and management.
  • Hands-on experience with OpenShift cluster administration and management.
  • Extensive knowledge of Jenkins for CI/CD pipeline development and maintenance.
  • Experience with ArgoCD and Helm charts for application deployment and management.
  • Solid understanding of microservices architecture and deployment strategies.
  • Proficiency in traffic flow management and optimization techniques.
  • Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Terraform, OpenShift, AWS).
  • Experience with other DevOps tools (e.g., Ansible, Kubernetes).
  • Contributions to open-source projects.
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).
