BigBear.ai is seeking a Senior Decision Scientist to support one of our Intelligence clients' Object Based Intelligence mission. This position will be onsite in Washington DC or Reston, VA with potential travel for onsite customer training.

Responsibilities

  • Understand and improve the judgment and decision making of individuals, groups, and organizations.
  • Apply principles of psychology to business, analytic and other decision-making processes to improve and / or empirically evaluate
    those processes.
  • Activities may include assisting in policy planning; workflow procedures testing and evaluation, analytic workflow redesign, training and development.
  • May work with management to prescribe workflow modifications that
    improve worker productivity and analytic judgment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance
  • 12 years of experience as a decision scientist, analytic methodologist, business analyst, or data scientist.
