Job Summary:
Keylent Inc is a company seeking an Azure Data Architect to lead data modeling and governance initiatives. The role involves investigating and developing enterprise data models, leading workshops with stakeholders, and ensuring cross-compatibility of data systems.
Responsibilities:
• Investigate, Design, Develop, and document Enterprise Data Models for LP Integrity group
• Investigate, Design, Develop and document solution conceptual and physical data models for solutions in the LP Integrity space
• Investigate and evaluate existing data systems and develop recommendations/roadmap for improvement
• Lead workshops with business stakeholder to gather and document data requirements
• Lead workshops with development teams to design and implementation conceptual models and direct physical implementation
• Act as senior data lead in multiple projects
• Oversight and review of modifications of existing systems to ensure cross-compatibility and target governance alignment
Qualifications:
Required:
• Investigate, Design, Develop, and document Enterprise Data Models for LP Integrity group
• Investigate, Design, Develop and document solution conceptual and physical data models for solutions in the LP Integrity space
• Investigate and evaluate existing data systems and develop recommendations/roadmap for improvement
• Lead workshops with business stakeholder to gather and document data requirements
• Lead workshops with development teams to design and implementation conceptual models and direct physical implementation
• Act as senior data lead in multiple projects
• Oversight and review of modifications of existing systems to ensure cross-compatibility and target governance alignment
• Experience with solution-level and enterprise data modeling
• Experience with relational operational and analytic data warehousing modelling approaches
• Experience developing operational data models with microservice API development teams
• Advanced analytic, problem-solving, and technical skills with data
• Experience/certification with Microsoft Azure Data Platform technologies
• Experience with implementing Data Engineering approaches especially DataBricks and Azure ADF
• Experience with data lake design
• Experience working with SQL, No-SQL, and DataLake storage approaches
• Experience with Agile and DevOps team structures
• Strong attention to detail and ability to articulate/champion an enterprise level data vision to business and development teams
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent written communication skills
• Expert knowledge of metadata management and related tools
• Experience with team management - ability to direct, delegate, review, and monitor data related development tasks across multiple teams
• Experience troubleshooting and optimizing data systems
• Expert level knowledge to champion best practice data governance and data stewardship principles
